Open starter files in Google Sheets

  1. sheets.google.com → Blank spreadsheet.
  2. File → Import → Upload the CSV → Replace current sheet.
  3. Night log: in Amount (column E), row 2, type =C2*D2 and fill down.
  4. Hike sheet: in D2 type =IF(B2=0,"",(C2-B2)/B2), format as percent. In E2 type =(C2-B2)/12.
